This is the first in what I hope will be an ongoing series of regular communications to students and the rest of the university community. I have been impressed by the positive way that our faculty and staff serve the university and by the quality of our students.  We have much work to do but we have a solid foundation to build on. I have learned much but there are many more conversations that need to take place and issues that require ongoing input from the university’s many stakeholders.
